I’ve recently discovered “6 Sentence Sunday”, a phenomenon where authors produce six sentences of fiction…well on Sunday. I thought I might give it a try..
“Are you sure you want Carde for this?” Hawker asked.
“There is no one else, not for this.” Blackthorn replied.
“How do you even know where she is tonight?” The dark avengers top agent tried to keep the worry from his voice, but it was getting harder as things continued to spiral.
“My operatives have been tracking her for days. She’s been gearing up for an operation in her Moonlighter guise.” Blackthorn stood up as a show of strength.
“Her thief persona, but how do you know the operation is tonight?”
“There’s a full moon tonight old friend.”
Technically this is more than six sentences, I have a feeling that the definition is literal, but this feels right so I’m going to roll with it. Call it artistic license. The story will continue next Sunday…
